Unlike most companies, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Our dresses are made-to-order so the estimated ship time for a new dress will be up to 16 weeks. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. To process an exchange, please fill out the form below.

In-Stock dresses are not eligible for an exchange.

Made-to-Order Bridesmaid Dresses:

We offer an 80% refund on our made-to-order bridesmaid dresses. All returns must be in original condition and made within 14 days of receiving your order. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below.

In-Stock Dresses and Any Accessories:

We offer a full refund on our In-Stock dresses or any accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original condition. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below.

Fabric and Swatches:

We do not offer fabric and swatch returns.

Penny & Pine Skincare:

Cancellation

Cancelling Your Order:
